An educational management graduate who is ambitious to find a position in a well established educational institution. An excellent communicator and good listener, able to work under pressure and take good judgments, able to work on own initiatives or as part of a team, and remain adaptable in all situation.
Career Objective
1. A full-time position in Educational Management where I can demonstrate my technical skills and contribute to the organization.
2. A full-time Math teacher position at the Elementary level through which I can demonstrate my educational and technological skills in order to make a difference in education by:
· Using visual presentations to help students connect abstract concepts with real life applications.
· Tailoring learning according to learners’ needs based on the students’ survey that is done before instruction.
· Encouraging exploration activities and self-discovery to increase students’ motivation to learn.
· Enhancing communication skills through e-mail discussions and chatting.
· Using word processing to help the students make quick and easy revisions, and corrections for their written work.
· Supporting learning with group technology projects and cooperative work in which the students collaborate with each other to do internet research, create multimedia/ web page products, and compete in instructional games.
· Using problem-oriented activities to enhance students’ problem solving and critical thinking such as video-based scenarios, graphic tools, and simulations.
· Assessing through group products and electronic portfolios.
· Locating the students’ learning gaps, and providing immediate feedback.
Personal Growth Plan
As an educator embracing technology and seeking to learn about it, I have taken the Educational Technology course, and I have joined the SPSS workshop (certificate) to enhance my research skills. I am willing to join any in-service training on technology that could be provided by the educational institution to up-date my information.
